About Dev Route Path
We are auditors who follow cash through treasury applications, not a product studio.
Origin
Dev Route Path began when finance controllers in Eastern Thailand asked for auditors who could sit at a cash desk, open a treasury management application, and test whether the balances on screen matched bank reality. The practice still works from Pattaya and travels to client desks across Thailand when fieldwork requires it.
Mission
Give treasury and group finance a clear financial reading of the applications that move their money. We translate control gaps into amounts, cut-off risks, and practical next steps that controllers can defend to an audit committee.
How we work
Engagements are led by people who have closed cash books, negotiated bank mandates, and sat through payment factory cutovers. We prefer escorted application sessions and paper-to-screen tracing over questionnaire-only reviews. Findings are written in plain English with Thai office logistics handled from our Beach Road address when teams prefer a neutral working room.
Values
- Desk respect — we schedule around payment windows, not the other way around.
- Evidence first — every material finding cites application records and bank support.
- Proportion — we rank issues by financial exposure, not by how technical they sound.
- Independence — we do not resell treasury software or take implementation commissions.
Community
We keep informal relationships with controllers and internal auditors in hospitality, manufacturing, and trading groups along the Eastern Seaboard. Field notes on this site share lessons from those desks without naming confidential clients.
