Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy covers professional engagements with Dev Route Path: financial audits of treasury management applications, payment walkthroughs, reconciliation reviews, and mandate checks. It does not cover physical goods or software licenses, which we do not sell.

Deposit

A 30% deposit confirms fieldwork dates. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the agreed start date. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit unless we resell the slot, in which case we refund the unused portion minus a THB 8,000 administrative fee.

Work already started

Once document review or fieldwork has begun, fees for time incurred are non-refundable. Unused fixed-fee portions for stages not started may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion after a written request.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge if notice is given at least 7 days before start. Later reschedules may incur travel or room hold costs already committed for Pattaya or on-site sessions.

No-shows

If key client contacts are unavailable for scheduled walkthroughs without 24 hours’ notice, that day may be billed as incurred and removed from the remaining plan.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds apply when we mutually agree to reduce scope after kickoff (for example, removing an entity). The revised engagement letter states the adjusted fee.

Non-refundable items

Third-party bank confirmation fees prepaid on your behalf, courier costs for physical mandate files, and custom translation already commissioned are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Email info@devroutepath.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
